Therapy for women can help you heal from whatever hurt you have or major life change is happening for you. You may be feeling shame and guilt surrounding infertility, miscarriage, and pregnancy loss. You might be having a difficult time adjusting to life with small children and dealing with changes in your life and body postpartum. All of these can make it feel like nobody understands, cares, or truly gets what you are going through. You may feel like your body is not cooperating, betraying you, and not doing what you want and what it is supposed to do. You might be feeling distanced from your partner and like they don’t understand what you are experiencing. This can impact how you feel about yourself as a person and as a woman.

How I Can Help

In our work together, I will help you identify and process your feelings and the unhelpful thoughts keeping you stuck and unable to heal. I will work with you to change your thoughts and beliefs which will then impact your view of yourself, others, and the world. This will help you get new perspective and meaning to your experiences and view of yourself.

 I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy  and Narrative Therapy to help people who are feeling stuck gain new perspectives. These therapies have a large amount of data to back up how effective it is in helping people.
