What are your self pay rates?

$150 for individuals and $200 couples and families.

Do you accept any forms of insurance?

I do accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, and Cigna. If you have another kind of insurance you may be able to self pay up front and then later submit a paid invoice to your insurance for re-imbursement. To know if this is possible, contact your insurance carrier for more information.
