$150 for individuals and $200 couples and families.

Do you accept any forms of insurance?

I do accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. If you have another kind of insurance you may be able to self pay up front and then later submit a paid invoice to your insurance for re-imbursement. To know if this is possible, contact your insurance carrier for more information.
